We at A Crown Affaire understand it is sometimes necesssary to return an item. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so on your big day you feel like royalty wearing our mechandise.

 
If you are not completely satisfied please follow these simple rules for a return or exhange.

 
Returns are only refundable on standard stock items. There are no refunds on custom orders.

 
Custom Orders apply to any order with the word custom in the description. Custom Orders include custom edge finishes, custom veil colors and custom embellishments. This applies to all customized tiaras, veils, accessories and jewelry.

Cancellations:

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours after the order is placed. You may cancel your order and obtain a full refund if order has not been shipped.

Please allow 5 business days for your account to be successfully refunded in full. You will be notified via email with a confirmation once refund has been issued. 

Returns and Warranty:
 
We will gladly issue you a return or exchange only if postmarked within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise and in the original packaging.  This applies to all standard stock items only. Merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and in salable condition with no signs of being worn. It is the sole discretion of A Crown Affaire to determine if returned items have been used or if they are in salable condition. Merchandise that is returned in non-salable condition will be immediately sent back to the customer. Postage, shipping and handling charges are not reimbursable. Shipping charges are not refundable. Pre-approval of returns is required. Please email us immediately if the item doesn't work for you. You must have a return authorization to send it back.

Damage / Loss Policy:

Insurance is automatically added on All Packages. Please click the shipping tab in the main menu of the home page for shipping and insurance information.

We are Not Responsible for items lost or damaged by the Postal Service and have as a precaution and service to you included a nonimal insurance fee to the total cost of shipping. 

Returned Products

Returned items must Be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. We recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

We will notify you by email of refund/return options once you have contacted us about the issue and will provide instructions at that time.

 Do Not Return any items without contacting us first. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.

We will immediately replace a flawed, defective, or wrong item with the correct style number only, entirely at our expense and we pay the postage both ways.
