International Shipping
A Crown Affaire ships orders internationally using US Postal Service (Priority Mail International or Express Mail International) and UPS (UPS Worldwide Express).
Note: *Items purchased from other manufacturers Other than A Crown Affaire may require longer time to ship if an item is not in stock. If an item is not in stock we will allow you to order the item on backorder, at which time we require the item/s to be prepaid. Items prepaid on backorder are non refundable unless damaged. 

Delivery time varies depending on the country the item is going to. It may also take additional time for your order to clear customs. You may have to pay duty taxes on your purchase due to the regulations of the country it is being delivered to. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore you should contact your local customs office for further information before placing an order with us. 

Delivery: UPS may require signatures on expedited parcels they deem 'residential'. This classification may apply even if there is a business operating out of that address. ACrown Affaire has no liability for deliveries not made due to lack of signature. A Crown Affaire has no responsibility for packages that may be stolen after being deemed delivered by the carrier.

We do not guarantee shipping to foreign countries. Delivery depends on your own customs authority and your own mail delivery system. Once your item leaves the US, we cannot trace a package after it has been handed off to your country. We will however give you the package information so you may inquire yourself. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost by the mail carriers in a foreign country or for any taxes or tariffs. you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. You are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. It is your responsibility prior to ordering to be informed of any taxes or tariffs with your customs office.

If you are not on this list, please email us and give us the opportunity to look into shipping to your location! Any charge card may be used through Paypal, but there are many countries that the charge card companies simply will not allow us to process.
