We at A Crown Affaire understand it is sometimes necessary to return an item. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so on your big day you feel like royalty wearing our merchandise.
If you are not completely satisfied please follow these simple rules for a return or exchange.
We will gladly issue you a returns of unused, undamaged items in salable condition only if postmarked within 7 days of receiving the item. Returned items must Be 100% complete, contain all original boxes and packing materials. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. We are sorry but custom orders, special orders, custom-made pieces, prepaid backorder items, personalized items, or monogrammed items are not returnable. Because of state health codes, hair pieces tiaras are not returnable. Please contact us within 24 hours for pre-approval of returns to receive an return merchant authorization (RMA) code. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will not accept a return without an RMA code. Items returned for refund with authorization will be subject to a 20 percent restocking fee. Please send back all items in their original packaging and your account will be credited minus shipping.
Items Sold As A Set: must be returned as a complete set or no return can be allowed
Custom Orders apply to any order with the word custom in the description. Custom Orders include custom edge finishes, custom veil colors and custom embellishments. This applies to all customized tiaras, veils, accessories and jewelry.
Special orders apply to any item we do not carry or have to specially order from the manufacturer
Exchanges can be made on any item except non returnable items that are unused, undamaged in salable condition only if postmarked within 7 days of receiving the item. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on exchanged items.
Non Returnable or Non Exchangeable Items
Include:custom orders, special orders, custom-made pieces, prepaid back ordered items, personalized items, monogrammed items, hair pieces, tiaras, or shoes.
Cancellations must be made within 12 hours after the order is placed. An order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped. Please contact us at email@example.com in order to cancel your purchase. You may cancel your order and obtain a full refund if an order has not been shipped.
Please allow 5 business days for your account to be successfully refunded in full. You will be notified via email with a confirmation once refund has been issued.
Damage / Loss Policy:
Insurance is automatically added on All domestic (US only) Packages. Please click the shipping tab in the main menu of the home page for shipping and insurance information. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged by the Postal Service and have as a precaution and service to you included a nominal insurance fee to the total cost of shipping.
Please report any damaged merchandise within 48 hours of receiving the item, After that, no claims/returns will be allowed. We will immediately replace a flawed, defective, or wrong item with the correct style number only, entirely at our expense and pay the postage both ways. For date sensitive orders, please report any damages on the date of receipt of order to allow time for any necessary corrections. A Crown Affaire is not responsible for any expedited shipping charges on order corrections if the error or damage is not reported immediately.
