Our Shipping policy has been revised to now allow for delivery confirmation to be optional at the time of checkout. It is no longer included automatically. Shipping fees are weight-based. They are calculated during check out and reflect in real time current UPS and USPS fees. In most cases the optional delivery confirmation Insurance fee will not exceed $9.00 per order (Domestic US insurance only fee) unless the current market price is raised by the shipping carriers. This fee is optional but recommended. This optional insurance fee includes Delivery Confirmation on Domestic Shipments, and Insurance. International insurance delivery confirmation shipping fee is $9.00 per order in addition to the shipping fee. We highly recommend including insurance delivery confirmation on every order because if your items are lost or stolen you will have recourse for reimbursement from your chosen shipping provider.

Shipping Methods :
Orders are normally processed within 24 hours after receipt and are shipped within 1 to 2 business days thereafter. Occasional Delays are possible if unforeseeable circumstances arise. Orders are shipped via USPS and UPS only.
Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email.
Delivery confirmation (Online Tracking) is provided on all Domestic shipments.
Shipping Insurance and Registered Mail Information :
Domestic Shipping insurance and confirmation is available on all items as stated above.
International delivery confirmation insurance is available for paying $8 for us to register the package.
Estimated Domestic Shipping Times
- USPS First Class mail can take up to 7 days for delivery.
- USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation can take 1-4 days to arrive to you depending the state you live in and the point of shipping origin.
- USPS Express Mail may be delivered overnight, but the USPS does not guarantee it. However, they do guarantee Epress mail to be delivered in 2 days.
- UPS Ground can take up to 6 business days for delivery, depending the state you live in and the point of shipping origin.
- UPS 2 day is delivered in 2 days, if received before their daily cut off times. Please be aware that the transit days are based on 5 working days and do not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
Please note: All Custom orders require 2 weeks time plus shipping.

Loss or Damage by Postal Service:
We are Not Responsible for loss or damage caused by the Postal Service. We package professionally to help insure safe delivery. Insurance is available in the total shipping cost. Any concerns of loss or damage once an item leaves here insured needs to be addressed by the chosen postal carrier. We will however do our very best to help by providing you with all the necessary information to resolve any matters that may arise.
UPS may require signatures on expedited parcels they deem residential. This classification may apply even if there is a business operating out of that address. A Crown Affaire has no liability for deliveries not made due to lack of signature. A Crown Affaire has no responsibility for packages that may be stolen after being deemed delivered by the carrier.

Freight and insurance are based on current posted rates. Any freight carrier surcharges (such as change of address, incorrect address, refused or undeliverable packages, etc.) will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Please email us at email@example.com before you return any packages. Returns are handled on an individual basis and there are cases where will either ask you to return or not return and just refund. Please do not send an item back unless we authorize it first with a RMA (Return Merchant Authorization ) by email. Please see our Return Policy for further details.
